Q. What can I do if I don’t have an artwork for our embroidered patches?

A. Please tell us your ideas, your needed colors, size. We will make the patches’ artwork until getting your approval. 

Q. Can you make a same embroidered patch which I bought from other companies in the past?

A. Yes, we can make the same patches based on the sample photo. If the patch is very important and quantity is big, then please send us the physical sample to us via DHL/UPS/FEDEX, so we can guarantee the quality. 

Q. How many colors can you create in animal patch?

A. For embroidered animal patches, we can create at most 16 colors; for woven patch, we can create at most 12 colors; for printed patch, there is no minimum color limited, we can print them based on the photo. 

Q. How long will it take to get my embroidered patches?

A. We normally deliver embroidered patches& woven patches and woven labels within 10 days after getting the sample confirmation. If your delivery time is very urgent, then please inform us in advance. The production time is mainly based on the order quantity. 

Q. How do I get started to buy embroidered patches?

A. Please send us emails with the artwork, size, needed backing, quantity and other special requests. Then we will make the samples after getting your 

Q. How do I pay my patch orders to you?

A. We accept bank transfer, Paypal and Western Union. 

Q. What’s the shipping way and shipping cost?

A. We have big discount from DHL. So our main shipping way is DHL. If you need UPS, FEDEX or other shipping company, then we can also do it. The shipping cost is based on the weight and volume. 

Q. How many different backing options can you offer for embroidered patches?

A. For embroidered patches, woven patches and printed patches, there are more than 6 different backing options: plain backing, heat seal backing, plastic backing, Vilene backing, Velcro backing, adhesive backing and other special requests. 

Q. Will I see my embroidered patch sample picture before arranging the bulk production?

A. Yes, we will send the sample pictures via emails. If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction. We do not charge for any proofs or revisions. 

Q. When will I be charged for the embroidered patches’ order?

A. Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge you the cost and arrange the orders. If you have many orders per month, then we can charge just once in a month to save your handling fee. 

Q. Why do I have to pay for my embroidered patches up front?

A. Because all of our patches are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order. 

Q. What type of art file formats do you accept?

A. If you have vectored art in an .ai, eps or, psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, and pdf. 

Q. Will you show my patches to others?

A. No, we won’t share your embroidered patches pictures to anyone without getting your permission, (same as woven patches and printed patches) 

Q. Will I have extra pieces of patches in hand?

A. Yes, we will send at least 2 pcs extra samples to you. So you can keep them in stock for references. If some of our patches are in low quality, just share with us, then we will send you the new ones for free of charges.
